Hope Co Partnership

FULL BELLY, FULL HEART

While bringing you flavors from far away places, Burgerhaus also is committed to improving the lives of at-risk children in remote areas of our global village. Starting in May 2014, Burgerhaus entered into a partnership with Hope Co International, a non-profit that has been providing care to children in need in other countries since 1916.

A portion of every burger sale at Burgerhaus goes to provide balanced meals to hungry children in third world poverty. Currently, the focus is in the Karundas area of central Kenya where Hope Co has a school and provides meals as part of the school day. For many of these children, ages 4 to 14, this is the only full meal they get each day.

Jon Costas, Burgerhaus co-owner, has been to this site several times as a former member of the Hope Co board, and has seen first hand the joy and gratefulness of these young people.

We project that in 2015, Burgerhaus will provide over 100,000 meals, and hopefully millions in the years ahead. Thank you for partnering with us as we build a better world and help more children to know a brighter future.

MEALS PROVIDED…

A portion of every burger sale at Burgerhaus goes to provide balanced meals to hungry children in third world poverty, through our partnership with Hope Co International. We believe in being responsible neighbors in our global village. With your help, we’ll feed thousands this year. We hope to feed millions in the many years to come.

Thank you from the bottom of our very full hearts,
